Climate Breakfast with Mayors A dialogue with Norman Forest and John Kerry 3 November, 7.30 a.m. GMT (8.30 a.m. CET)

In cooperation with the U.S. Department of State, the city of Glasgow, the Norman Foster Foundation, the Glasgow Urban Lab and network of cities C40, UNECE has organized a high level dialogue to take place on 3 November at 7.30 a.m. (GTM) at the City Chambers in Glasgow.

The dialogue brings mayors present at COP26 in touch with two unique panelists – Architect Norman Foster and Secretary John Kerry – to engage in a lively conversation on the post-COVID city and discuss:

(i) What cities need from an environmental and spatial planning point of view to reduce emissions and become climate resilient while recovering better after COVID;
(ii) How politics and diplomacy can foster and accelerate this transformation.

The flyer of the event is attached to this message.
