Four Million Homes is launching a series of Webinar Sessions this October.

The Social Housing Regulation Act – Consumer Standards consultation
2nd October at 15.00-16.30 and 19.30-21.00

This webinar will discuss the four draft consumer standards that the UK Regulator of Social Housing is proposing to introduce from April 2024. This is alongside a new Code of Practice for Consumer Standards, and follows on from changes to the way that Registered Housing Providers will be regulated within the new UK Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 which has just passed into law.

Complaints: know your rights
25th October at 15.00-16.30 and 19.30-21.00

This webinar will focus on complaints and will feature speakers from the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities talking on government policy around complaints as well as their ‘Make Things Right’ campaign. The webinar will also cover how to make an effective complaint, the different stages of the complaints process and how to escalate when needed. The session will also cover the Complaints Handling Code and what residents should expect from their landlords.
