Germany agreed on building social housing and increase tax encouragement to ownership
BERLIN (Reuters) – German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservatives and the center-left Social Democrats (SPD) reached agreement on Wednesday on the policy platform for a coalition government, but the SPD’s roughly 464,000 members still have a chance to veto the deal.
- They agreed on investing 4 billion euros on the development of social homes and encouragement of tax inducement to home ownerships.
