Housing, the award winning Chartered Institute of Housing’s annual conference and Europe’s largest housing festival, returns to its usual timeline and will take place 28-30 June at Manchester Central.
2021 was another huge year for the sector. Work continued to build on the measures outlined in the Social Housing White Paper; new funding was announced for decarbonisation, supported housing and building new homes; the new Building Safety Bill was introduced and changes were proposed to the planning process. Across the year, there was a great focus on homelessness, leadership, funding and innovation and lots of opportunity arose to work with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). There will be plenty to share and discuss at Housing 2022.
