Invitation to the 4th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Council of Europe

IUT was invited to contribute to the preparation of the 4th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Council of Europe which took place in Reykjavik, Iceland on 16-17 May 2023.

Participants to the Summit adopted the attached Reykjavik Declaration whose implementation is now being discussed by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.

In this context, Ambassador Karklins, Chairman of the Committee of Ministers’ Deputies, invited IUT to share our views on how best to implement the Reykjavik Declaration.
