EU energy ministers meet in Sofia, Bulgaria

EU proposals, part of the ‘Clean Energy for All Europeans‘ package, on energy efficiency, renewables and governance of the Energy Union, were top of the agenda on April 19 in Sofia, Bulgaria, at an informal council of EU energy ministers, also attended by European Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy Miguel Arias Cañete.
