Call for proposals are now open for the European Responsible Housing Awards 2025
The European Responsible Housing Awards (ERHIN) are an occasion to to highlight the best in
public, cooperative, and social housing, showcasing how sustainable, affordable, and
community-driven homes can shape the future of our communities.
Are you a housing provider that has an amazing project that went the extra mile and deserves
recognition? Then we are waiting for your application for the European Responsible Housing
Awards.
The Awards offer well-deserved recognition for outstanding achievements in the not-for-profit
housing sector in Europe, creating an opportunity for networking with like-minded
practitioners and experts, and a platform to advocate for increased action.
What makes these awards special? The Jury is predominantly made up of tenants union
representatives, ensuring that the voices of residents are at the heart of the decisions!
The housing projects will be allocated into six categories, based on the Code of Conduct:

- “More than a roof”– supporting communities of equal opportunities

- Building strategic alliances, fostering community participation
