The two-day Renovation Summit 2021 organised by Housing Europe and the International Union of Tenants has been an amazing journey starting with a stocktake on the uptake of the Recovery Plans for renovation works in our sector, a session on how to generate a ‘we-feeling with residents’ while getting the legislative framework right, and finishing up with a glimpse into the future of sustainable housing with pubic and social housing-led circular projects, such as YEAH, an off-grid housing, and OmCircle housing.
