Public housing policy in Ukraine 2019 by Cedos plus recent updates
In 2019, the think tank CEDOS conducted an integrated study on the housing policy in Ukraine. We analyzed the researches on housing policy in different countries, the changes in Ukrainian law during the years of independence, the data from the state statistics, and the effectiveness of government housing programs. We also reviewed the results of the representative sociological survey carried out together with InfoSapiens in June-July 2019. The respondents were the residents of Ukrainian cities and towns with a population of over 100,000 people. Here’s what we’ve learned and recommend to change.
