Renovation Wave: The case of the Italian Superbonus 110%

This summer the Italian government launched the Superbonus, a new measure allowing for a tax deduction of up to 110% for spending on energy efficiency and seismic risk reduction as well as on photovoltaic systems or infrastructure for charging electric vehicles in buildings. This measure was mentioned as a “Best Practice” by the EU Commission during the presentation of the Renovation Wave on the 14 October.
