Revised consumer standards for social housing in the UK

London Tenants Federation (LTF) has submitted a response to the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) consultation in the UK on the draft version of the revised consumer standards.

These new standards include:
* The Safety and Quality Standard
* The Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard
* The Neighbourhood and Community Standard

LTF encourages others — whether as individuals or organisations — to indicate their support of LTF’s submission and/or write their own submission. This consultation closes on 17th October 2023 at 18:00 (UK time).
