TIS launches digital engagement pledge for tenants in Scotland
TIS are committed to supporting organisations across the Scottish social housing sector to break down any barriers that create exclusion for any tenant, resident, or community group in shaping the delivery of housing and wider community services they receive.
Covid-19 has significantly changed the way that housing organisations, tenants, residents, and community groups operate. Traditional methods to engage are now limited, shifting to digital wherever possible, and a great demand for online support has risen.
Many organisations have embraced change, recognising a newly found importance of digital participation, and have encouraged the exploration of new ways to partnership work – with virtual communication tools becoming firmly integrated as a key method of continuing business.
That’s why TIS is asking your organisation to sign our Digital Engagement Pledge, and continue to overcome barriers, maximise reach, and provide opportunities beyond the constraints of more traditional methods.
When you sign the TIS Digital Engagement Pledge, you will be asked to commit to five key pledges. To sign, and find out more visit: http://tis.org.uk/digital-engagement-pledge/
Please get in touch, if you want us to give a presentation to your organisation about the Digital Engagement Pledge and our digital toolkits.
